Collective Teacher Efficacy (CTE) has an effect size equal to about four years of typical learning in one year. CTE and job satisfaction are positively correlated, and as they increase, so does student achievement! In this session, principals will learn how to measure the level of CTE in their building and learn about actions they can take to increase CTE in their own specific context (small elementary, large elementary, small secondary, large secondary). Current and aspiring leaders are welcome!
