Limited Capacity seats available

The Houston R-1 School District has implemented a new curriculum development process. Developing curriculum and assessment capable learners is a never-ending cycle that requires consistent editing and monitoring. While we are only at the start of our program, this new way of approaching curriculum development has received very positive feedback from teachers and administrators. This session will provide information on the design process we are using, including special considerations of the process, teacher and administrator buy-in, special education, and how all content areas are involved. This process is an essential foundation to developing assessment capable learners.
