Limited Capacity seats available

Beginning teachers, do you ever feel like your lessons are a failure and you will never be as successful as other teachers? Or do you feel like your efforts are worthless, and you want to give up? We have all felt that way at some point and teaching yourself to have a growth mindset can make all the difference! At the end of the presentation participants will understand the difference between a fixed and growth mindset, why failure is essential for teachers to grow and that it is just as important to model a growth mindset as it is to teach it.
